KAUAI, HAWAII, November 14, 2004: This is a request to our HPI readers who are fluent in Spanish, who have access to Spanish translations of the Vedas and Upanishads. We are translating some of the works of Satguru Sivaya Subramuniyaswami into Spanish. He originally included Vedic references that support the subject matter in chapters of his works. These were sourced from English translations. We would like our Spanish translator to be able to source Spanish translations of Vedic verses from works that were translated by Spanish Sanskrit scholars. To this end, we would request anyone knowing of such works to please send us references, either web urls, or printed books of the Vedas and Upanishads in Spanish that are still available, with the contact information on where to purchase them.
