He has been invited to preside over the annual Yogaswami Mahasamadhi celebration at the Highgate Murugan Temple on March 25 evening. Yogaswami is Bodhinatha’s Paramaguru.
The schedule of the events and functions Bodhinatha will attend is listed here.
He will be visiting several temples in the area, including the Neasdan BAPS temple, where he will give a talk to the Sunday evening satsang. He and Arumugaswami, managing editor of Hinduism Today, will consult with several Hindu leaders during the stay, including those of Hindu Youth UK, with the purpose of sharing experience in various approaches and experiments in teaching and involving the youth with Hinduism. UK is a front-runner in this area.
Devotees will be coming from various parts of UK and Europe to consult with Bothinatha. The visit will also give him the opportunity to meet the UK’s Sri Lanka Tamil community.
