SANTA FE, NEW MEXICO, June 1, 2007: Verve Fine Arts in Santa Fe will present a retrospective exhibition of photographic work by the internationally acclaimed photojournalist Thomas L. Kelly titled Native Graces. Thomas Kelly, a native born Santa Fean, has made Kathmandu his home for the last 25 years while traveling the world documenting indigenous cultures and traditions. The exhibition is on view Friday, June 29, 2007 through Saturday, August 25, 2007 at Verve Fine Arts, with an Opening Reception on Friday, June 29 from 5-7 pm. Native Graces includes up to 40 black and white and color photographs from several of his published books including the Hidden Himalayas, Katmandu: City on the Edge of the World; Tibet: Reflections on the Wheel of Life; Sadhus: Painted bodies; and Sacred Landscape & Pilgrimage in Tibet.
