JAFFNA, SRI LANKA, June 20, 2007: Sri Lanka’s continuing civil war did not stop the the annual festival of Jaffna’s Naagapoosani Amman Koyil (Temple). The festival began on Saturday and temple authorities expect around 20,000 devotees to attend.
