LILBUM, GEORGIA, August 27, 2007: BAPS has opened the “largest temple of its kind in North America” in a suburb of Atlanta with consecration ceremonies that were broadcast live on three Indian TV channels. BAPS opened the temple for the press, giving guided tours and answering questions on the details of the construction and the enormous force of volunteers that came together for the manifestation of the temple.
