R. Satish Gupta, proprietor, Magic Box Animation Studio, says, “Along with conveying the moral of the story, we wanted to encourage the use of Tamil among children. There is a different flavor to it and we did not want to lose it. This is our effort to make the language more appealing to the children.”
The movie that lasts for 45 minutes shows Lord Vinayaka’s childhood, how he got the elephant’s trunk and his avatar, and his vahana, the rat. “It is a the story of Hindu dharma. The duration is just right to grab the child’s attention and convey the message clearly,” Gupta adds.
