KURNOOL, INDIA, Feburary 14, 2009: Over 600,000 devotees are expected to arrive in the temple town of Srisailam on the occasion of Mahashivarati Brahamotsavams from February 16-24.
Temple Executive Officer E Gopalakrishna Reddy said that all arrangements have been made to meet the extra of rush of devotees at the hill shrine. Temporary sheds have been erected to accommodate devotees, and the town was been illuminated with lights. Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport is running special buses on the occasion.
