NADI, FIJI ISLANDS, October 14, 2009: The Malolo Sangam Temple,established in 1952 by village elders to promote the Hindu religion, today stands as a monument of pride for all the people of Malolo outside Nadi, Fiji. The premises now have a brand new Venkatesh Perumal/Maha Vishnu Temple which has been proudly built by local builders. The temple has been brought to life with paintings and sculptures created by artists all the way from India.

The opening ceremony happened over a week-long program which began from Monday, October 5 and ended with a grand function on Sunday, October 11. Another addition to the premises is the new Lord Ganesha temple and the Lord Shiva temple.
