KOLKATA, INDIA, October 18, 2009: Senior monk of the Ramakrishna Math and Mission Swami Ashaktananda breathed his last at a city private nursing home here Sunday. Ashaktananda, 78, was secretary of the Narendrapur Ramakrishna Mission.
Swami was also the First Headmaster of the famed Narendrapur Ramakrishna Mission school on the southern outskirts of the city.
