BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA, November 17, 2009: The second edition of the Buenos Aires India Festival, held from the 5th to the 15th of November, was successful and colorful, attracting thousands of Argentines.
The Festival activities included handicrafts, Indian classical and folk dances, seminars, films, a photo exhibition, food and a literary contest.
Scaled down versions of the Festival (with food, dance and films) are also occurring in Montevideo and Asuncion, the capitals of Argentina’s northern neighbors Uruguay and Paraguay.
