To find the R-1 visa proposed rule, and to submit comments, do the following: Click on the URL above. Then toward the bottom of the form, optional step 4, select “document title” from “category” and type “religious worker” in the search field, then click “submit.”
In the resulting window, to view comments already submitted, click “USCIS-2005-0030” under “Docket ID” and the line which says, “Special Immigrant and Nonimmigrant Religious Workers.” this takes you to a list of the original documents of the rule change issued by the government and a list of all comments submitted to date.
To submit comments, click the far left icon on the same line, “Special Immigrant and Nonimmigrant Religious Workers,” and follow the instructions. Comments must be submitted by June 25.
