INDIA, April 27, 2026 (Curly Tales): Kedarnath Temple is one of the most sacred places in India. As the Char Dham Yatra has recently opened, thousands of devotees are already visiting the temple. Amid this, Anand Mahindra (@anandmahindra) took to his social media handle to share an old photo of the Kedarnath Temple. In the post, he mentioned that this picture was taken back in 1882. During that time, there were no helicopters, railheads or proper roads. He wrote, “back then, the yatra demanded time, endurance and faith. The journey wasn’t incidental; it WAS the pilgrimage.” However, now things have changed. Reaching the temple has become much easier, giving more people the chance to visit and experience the pilgrimage.
