The conference &#8220;Moving Beyond the Body&#8221; is the first of its kind on campus and in the Pioneer Valley (Western MA). The Keynote speaker, Dr. Arun Sharma, M.I.I.N.T., N.D., Director of the International Institute of Mahayoga &#038; Natural Hygiene (IIMANAH) will be leading a series of workshops relating to different disciplines of yoga that enhance wellness of the mind, body, and spirit. The conference is open to all Mt. Holyoke College &#038; 5-College students, faculty, and staff as well as community members.
