The changes to the R-1 may substantially impact Hindu temples in America.<\/p>\n<p>To find the R-1 visa proposed rule, and to submit comments, do the following: Click on the URL above. Then toward the bottom of the form, optional step 4, select &#8220;document title&#8221; from &#8220;category&#8221; and type &#8220;religious worker&#8221; in the search field, then click &#8220;submit.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>In the resulting window, to view comments already submitted, click &#8220;USCIS-2005-0030&#8221; under &#8220;Docket ID&#8221; and the line which says, &#8220;Special Immigrant and Nonimmigrant Religious Workers.&#8221; this takes you to a list of the original documents of the rule change issued by the government and a list of all comments submitted to date. <\/p>\n<p>To submit comments, click the far left icon on the same line, &#8220;Special Immigrant and Nonimmigrant Religious Workers,&#8221; and follow the instructions.
