It&#8217;s called the Ayuryogam newsletter and according to its author and editor in chief, Swami Rajarishishiva, the newsletter &#8220;aims to establish effective communication with people, guide them and give them confidence in the themes and philosophy we preach.&#8221; The yoga guru directs the Indian Institute of Yoga Science which promotes the teaching of yoga, ayurveda medicine and cuisine as well as other ancient Indian knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The Ayuryogam newsletter is a promotion for the institute&#8217;s activities, but also a space for topics like Vedic philosophy, ancient knowledge, ayurveda, yoga, science, medicine, tourism and more, most of them written by Swami,&#8221; says Marcelle D&#8217;Alessandro, translator, designer and co-editor of the material.
