The Department of Religious Affairs, under the Culture Ministry, is inviting the public to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi 2026, with activities centered on these major Hindu temples from September 14-25. The festival celebrates the birth of Lord Ganesha, revered as the Deity of wisdom, success and the removal of obstacles. Residents and visitors can join worship ceremonies at the following locations: Wat Thep Monthian, Wat Vishnu and Wat Phra Sri Maha Uma Devi.
