The annual &#8220;Festival of Lights&#8221; was held at Lower Manhattan&#8217;s South Street Seaport. Over 100,000 people visited the 70 vendors and booths of the day-long festival and enjoyed this year&#8217;s theme of &#8220;Peace on Earth,&#8221; said a press release from the organizers, the Association of Indians in America.
