Earlier this year, a High Court judge agreed with the SDMS that there was gross discrimination by the Government&#8217;s delay in granting a radio licence in order to propagate Hinduism in Trinidad and Tobago. The secretary general, made this comment following the refusal of this country&#8217;s Telecommunications Authority.
