A 30-member team from Douglas Parfumerie will arrive next week for the restoration of Kupalikadavu Devi Temple at Vaikom near Kochi even as they holiday. &#8220;The team will spend a whole day at the Kupalikadavu temple where they will be given a thematic presentation of how a temple festival takes place,&#8221; P.K. Harikrishnan, the Indian agent of Britain-based Link Air travel company that has arranged the visit, told IANS. &#8220;A dozen elephants will arrive and all the paraphernalia of an actual temple festival will be held for visitors.&#8221; Reports indicate that the French company is expected to provide funds worth US$22,700 for the refurbishment of the temple, which is in a dilapidated state right now. Even though it is a holiday trip for company officials, they will also take a look at the different varieties of aromatic flowers that Kerala has. &#8220;We are going to show many varieties of Kerala flowers to them.
