Students are learning that practice of religion is not a free as one might expect in a country that supposedly guarantees religious freedom under the constitution. Students are required to submit papers on a &#8220;particular form of intolerance.&#8221; Student Laura Nelson writes: &#8220;I am hoping to write a final research paper on the experiences of anti-Hinduism in the United States and reactions from the Hindu community, because the Hindu experience was not covered in detail during our class.
