The Congress is being hosted by the recently established Center for the Study of Comparative Religion and Civilizations at the university.<\/p>\n<p>This Congress is a sequel to the Global Congress on World&#8217;s Religions After September 11, which met in Montreal from September 11-15, 2006 and was attended by more than 2,000 people from 84 countries.
