Ministers S. Thangavelan and K.R. Periakaruppan, who declared the memorial open on Wednesday, said it would recollect the legacy of Sethupathy Kings. &#8220;The elegant beach behind the memorial is really a gift for tourism. All steps will shortly be taken to provide tourism infrastructure at Kundhukal,&#8221; said Collector R.
