Construction work on the Hindu temple is scheduled to begin early next year, in the multi-ethnic district of Neukoelln in south Berlin.<\/p>\n<p>A member of an extreme-right group, who had been subject to an arrest warrant, was seized during the neo-Nazi rally, according to a Berlin police spokesperson. At the same time, about 500 people staged a protest against the NPD demonstration.
