Every evening, at sunset, the Tamil priest Gurukal Umashankar of the Lausanne Hindu temple conducts a puja worship ceremony. The festival grounds provide a venue for a dozen internationally known Indian artists to perform.<\/p>\n<p>Sudha Venkat, president of the Indian Association of Geneva, and founder of the local Sanskrit Academy, has organized two events specially for the Village du Monde: the evening puja and Bollywood-style dances.
