This announcement was made by Orville London, the Chief Secretary, when he opened classes in drumming, Indian dance and vocals on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>London said the House of Assembly was pleased to be part of the multi-cultural synergies on the island. <\/p>\n<p>Rayan Ramoutar, the president of the Tobago Hindu Society, said the organization was elated.
