SLUPSK, POLAND, June 18, 2025 (NusaBali): Bali Governor Wayan Koster, along with Indonesian Minister of Culture Fadli Zon, staff from the Indonesian Embassy in Warsaw and the Indonesian Honorary Consul in Poland, inaugurated the Bali Indah Cultural Park in the Dolina Charlotty area of ​​Slupsk, Poland, on Monday (June 16). This 7.4 acre park boasts Europe’s largest temple. The inauguration ceremony was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Indonesian Minister of Culture Fadli Zon, Polish Minister of Culture, Polish Minister of Tourism and Sports, Polish Minister of Home Affairs and Administration, Indonesian Honorary Consul to Poland, officials from the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Indonesian Ambassador to Poland, and several officials from Poland and Indonesia. The event was attended by hundreds of distinguished guests, including members of the Polish parliament.

The inauguration, held on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 4:00 PM local time, was a lively affair. Performing artists from the Indonesian Institute of the Arts (ISI) Bali and the Jakarta Arts Team captivated guests and visitors with traditional Indonesian and Balinese dances. Governor Koster successfully completed a monumental and historic work that has brought Bali greater recognition internationally, particularly in Europe. The construction of this cultural park involved 100 Balinese workers, brought in directly in 2022. The distinctive Balinese architecture was designed by lecturers from ISI Bali. “The establishment of this magnificent park on a 7.4 acre plot of land is a source of pride for the Balinese government and people. The richness and uniqueness of Balinese culture have garnered sympathy and are being honored in Poland. The Beautiful Bali Cultural Park is truly a monumental and historic work,” said Governor Koster in a written statement received by NusaBali on Tuesday (June 17). The Bali Indah Cultural Park area features a complete complex of buildings, including a temple with a 52-foot-high Padmasana, a traditional Balinese house, a wantilan (traditional shrine), an exhibition space, and various other supporting facilities.
